This medical alert card is a worry-free alternative to medical alert bracelets!

The card measures 2" x 3.55" and is 1mm thick, about the same size as a standard credit card. It is made of hefty aluminum and will not bend in your wallet. Laser engraving is permanent and will not rub off. The card can be personalized as shown or with additional details. It can be customized as a medical ID card or as an ICE (in case of emergency) card. A basic proof will be sent for approval before engraving.

• Blood Type
• Allergies or Medical Conditions
• Current Medications
• 1-4 Emergency Contacts
• Any religious affiliations that could impact care (ex. Jehovah's Witness)

Because everyone's information differs, the card design may change in order to space the information out evenly for legibility.
